Forgive me if this has already been posted, but Van Halen is now on myspace.com/eddiemichealalex. I was suspicious at first, so I shot a quick message asking if it was really EVH, and I got a reply back from their publicist confirming the validity of the site. And Mike is still in the band. You guys should check it out.

How do you know it's their publicist? That profile reeks of being fake in just about every way. You'd never see Eddie approve of the profile written that way, it's very negative.

yeah, you're probably right. I guess I should just accept the fact the The Mighty Van Halen only exists in the past, and that there's no hope for the future. thanx for bringing me back to earth, man. Sorry to waste everyone's time....still, it's fun to pretend that they still exist.

Doubtful at best. Given Ed's supposed hatred of the internet, I would tend to doubt that he'd allow anything on myspace.
