2 Hour "Mythbusters" on Discovery Tonight...
I usually catch this show in reruns, yet tonight I may tune in to the normal broadcast.
For those unfamiliar with the show, these two special effects guys basically test the validity of urban legends through various experiments. Failing that, they blow shit up. (On a show from last year they detonated a cement mixer truck, leaving nothing remaining. )
Tonight's episode is a two hour special, and centers around movie and tv stuff, like what made the "Dukes of Hazard" car leap as far as it did every week, and if Indiana Jones really could survive a jump from a building by landing on several awnings on the way down.
Plus Kari Byron (one of the assistants) isn't too bad to look at. She's no Jessica Alba, yet she actually appears attainable.
Check local listings, ect.

I like these kinds of shows. I gave up on that Ghost Hunters show tho, it was like that Big Foot hunters show. They set up all this crap hoping to catch something then freak out when they actually see something.
I keep thinking that whatever they're looking for is probably watching them set up all their crap and then just mess with their heads.
Never seen this Mythbusters show tho. I may catch this one. Thanks for the clue.RIP - Classic Van Halen

Ghost Hunters on the Sci-Fi channel is quite good, yet it get's confused with the crappy British show on the Travel Channel.
The stupid blonde broad on the British show thinks she see's a ghost everytime someone breaks wind."The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man."George Bernard Shaw

No problem, anytime folks. I usually miss the "Mythbusters" because of "Lost" or "Ghost Hunters", yet both are currently in reruns or have been yanked for the summer.

Great tip Chef! This is in my top two or three favorite shows. I usually catch it on Sunday nights at 10pm up here on Discovery Channel Canada. I love when they test the movie myths so this one should be tremendous.
By the way, do you get harassed when you tell 90% of the population that you like this show?Signature not currently available. You aren't missing much.

Without a doubt, one of my favorite shows! I never miss it! Wish they hadn't gotten rid of Scottie, though. I kinda liked her better than Kari.
