Wow, this pic is just as powerful and similar to the marines on Iwo Jima. I've been thinking about 9/11 since I woke up this morning. I remember everything I did that day, including worrying about my sister-in-law who worked near the Twin Towers. We didn't hear from her for two days but she was nowhere near the Towers. My thoughts are with everyone directly affected by this tragedy.

What stuck with me from today was when I was driving to work just before 7AM, I passed a Fire Station and there was a line of firefighters on the sidewalk observing a moment of silence at full attention. That image brought back so many thoughts and memories from five years ago.

Well, I should be thinking of this day as a time to remember those innocents who were killed by merciless terrorist thugs.

Then Bush had to go and turn the most solemn day in our history into a TV commercial for his fucking war.



I say this to the families impacted by 9-11.....my heart goes to you.

I say this to the firemen and police killed trying to save others.....My thanks go to you.

I say this to the soldiers who do their best and follow their orders.....my loyalty goes to you.
