A Buddy Gave Me.......

a good pal of mine from London Ontario came by my place this past weekend with a gift.......a 12" red vinyl album ....its has (i think)its not here at work with me but.......RWTD, YRGM,JC.......the album label is the really old script style Van Halen lettering on the front side ,with the back side saying Looney Tunes, Merry Melodies........with a think Porky the Pig on it........the cover is again just the stylized VH ..........the best part of all is that it is signed by all 4 guys...............the not so great part is that it is signed to Jay.........not my name just for info sake....any info about this guys would be appreciated........seems like a promo album..............thx

Yes, it is a promo album WB sent out to radio stations before VH1. It is a great piece of VH history...want to sell it? You can read more about it on the vanhalenstore website under "vinyl"

wow thx for the info....i guess with autographed it must be worth something.........i may in fact sell it........i'll check with the dude that gave it to me....if he doesnt care and brett is alright with this maybe i'll put it up and donate the cash to kids cancer centre here in T.O. or something like that.......i'll check with my pal...........
