just a side note ... while all artistic works might be copyrighted, NOTHING ON THE WEB IS THEFT PROTECTED.

if its on the web you can take it, you just haveto know how. to get rid of the right click thing use a real browser like Mozilla Firefox and disable javascript.

as a side note to a side note: copyright violations ARE NOT theft. they are simply copyright violations and are subject to the byrne conventions signed by most of the world countries thus creative works are automatically covered by copyright laws in all signatory countries upon creation of the work. while a COPYRIGHT VIOLATION has different penalties in different jurisdictions, no theft is happening because theft is something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from a copyright violation - one denies the owner of a 'thing' the other simply violates 'and agreement' and nothing more.

Call it what you want, but I'm sure that guy has a team of lawyers just waiting for you to backdoor download his material. Maybe we should ask the college kids who are charged with downloading material and charged upwards of $10K for the "viloation".

I found this sorta cool. If you look at Genesis pictures, you'll see Mike Rutherford back in 1986 with his band Mike + the Mechanics, playing an ol' Steinberg

Sorta popped out at me, since it's been said by several how Ed's the only one who can really play that guitar.

Nah, if you can see the image, it is already on your computer. By disabling Javascript and right-clicking to download, you're really just copying it from your cache most times. Since the image is freely available to you in the first place, there is no way for anyone to know you're saving the images. Not that I'm saying you should save any of them, because copyright violation sucks.
