Hey can some one tell me how to get that "sound" for Humans being?

What kind of amp and guitar are using.

I've got a Peavey Wolfgang guitar and a Peavey Blazer 158 amp (little one). I also use a Boss DS-1 distortion pedal with a tone, level and distortion knob on it. The amp has a clean channel and a distortion channel but you have to manually change it with a toggle switch. It's got a 3 knob EQ for the clean channel and it has a reverb knob (both EQ and reverb go from 1 to 10). I only chime in as this is my all time fav song in the world and I'd love to hear your take on how I could in anyway get close to that sound with my sub-par system.

I have 3 diffrent guitars,: EvH wolfgang, PRS tremonti, and a fender strat played through a 40 watt PEAVEY envoy 110.

I would also like to know...I have a OLP MM1 and a plain jane amp. I also have a tec 4x effects deal with many of the normal effects that can be manually adjusted. Thanks for any help.

I'm pretty sure you'd need an Eventide Harmonizer. I don't have one so I use a little bit of delay and chorus but not a lot. I have a 5150 head and a Pod xt for effects. I really like the sound I get for this song but it isn't quite like the recording-that would be very hard to duplicate without the Harmonizer.

\granted when that was done my new channel switch was being made hince the volume lose. i did it with 2 takes.

I like it. What gear are you using there? It's a pretty similar tone to what I get except mine is probably a bit drier. I'm not much good at recording or I'd post one-any time I try recording with the POD it sounds horrible-all fizzy.
