Google Random Image Hunt Thread

I have a habbit of googling random stuff for images very late at night, if there's none or few to talk on msn, just because. I usually end up searching on and on for roadsigns or highways or both, but it's something personal to me so I won't develop on this. Anyway, there are some images that just stun me, like those windmills or an endless range of electricity cranes I've posted awhile back, on the old board. I don't really know if such pictures means anything, to anyone but sometimes I just feel like sharing the views I'd just love to immerse myself into. Just like this carpet of trees.

This is my favorite picture:



I took it a year or so ago, it's a fitting symbol of a retired Army base. Some GI tossed these boots out of his window and they've hung in this tree for almost 14 years.

Another fun Google images game is to plug in a woman's name. Any woman's name. (Turn off the filter).
Nine times out of 10, you'll get a stripper or porn actress on the first attempt.

Even the least sexy names you can think of bring up hotties (Bertha, Hilda, etc.)

When this went around it claimed to be hurricane Isabelle. In truth its not a hurricane at all, but I think it is a really cool picture.
