Just an update.

I'm home from the hospital after my gastric bypass surgery. Feeling pretty good. A little sore, but pretty good. The diet they put me on before hand got me down from 413 to 377. I'll update with pics and status as this process continues.

Well just had my 1 week checkup. Down another 14 lbs. 363 for those counting

. Got my drain pulled and the staples out. 1 more week of liquids and then I can go to soft foods like scrambled eggs and mashed potatos.

It's getting easier, but I'd still like a cheese burger
