More VH on ESPN page 2
Yet again ESPN (Sports Guy...Page 2) give VH a nod.
Q: My pick for the Greatest Strip Club Song of All-Time is Def Leppard's "Pour Some Sugar on Me". I will not debate this. I will hear arguments, but strike them down like David Stern strikes down a player's union.
--Tom, Minneapolis
SG: Well, that song has a few things going for it. First, it's been around for 20-plus years -- we're at the point where it's like sitting through a football game without hearing "We Will Rock You." Walk into a strip joint and you know it's coming, it's only a matter of time. It's like the stripper's pole and the bouncer at this point. Second, for strip joint purposes, you're probably not coming up with a more appropriate title or lyrics (beauties like "you got the peaches, I got the cream"), and the chorus always enables the stripper to make believe she's pouring sugar on herself. That's always fun. Third, you can always get a laugh from your buddies by tucking one of your arms inside your shirt and doing some one-handed drumming. Always brings the house down. (Don't worry, I'm already going to hell -- it's all explained in my book in the chapter about Stoner's wedding.) And fourth, it's JUST cheesy enough that you would never hear "Pour Some Sugar On Me" song in any group setting other than a strip joint. You just wouldn't.
So I'm not going to argue with you. But here's the most UNDERRATED strip joint song: "Panama," by Van Halen. Never gets its fair due. It's just as cheesy as "Sugar," the lyrics are just as suggestive, it's been around just as long, and you even have that part near the middle when it slows down and David Lee Roth does the "ease the seat back" monologue. Brings a ton to the table. The only downside is that a bluegrass version of this song now exists.Rest in Peace Edward Van Halen

Can't go wrong with "Panama". Didn't DLR say that Panama was the name of a stripper from Albequerque, NM?

I've always thought Drop Dead Legs was a great stripper song.
Better use it up before it gets old!

"It's just as cheesy as "Sugar" ? Gimme a break.
DefL's Sugar sucks. Nowhere near the caliber of Panama's lyrical hooks and metaphor. And EVERYONE remembers DLR swinging through the air on stage in the Panama video. Did "Sugar" even have a video???Talkin Some New Kicks

Don't forget Hot For Teacher. Plenty of Strippers were using that one after Varsity Blues.

I once saw a stripper dance to Unchained. The best part was during the breakdown, the chick grabbed some dude sitting stage side who happened to be wearing a suit. Playing off Dave's famous ad-libs, let's just say she needed to give me a break. It was about the sexiest thing I'd ever seen. She yanked his tie off and started doing her thing with it. Pretty damn hot. Whenever VH plays in a strip joint, that's where I hit my rowdy breaking point. CVH was meant for those types of establishments.

My buds bought me a lap dance at my bachelor party with a dancer I'd been eyeing ( she had the best set of purchased boobs I've ever seen or felt). They paid extra for Drop Dead Legs (may alltime favorite VH song) to be played. To this day, that was the most fun I've ever had with my clothes on. I could have given her the best 90 seconds of my life!
