I ordered a few sets last year... I have to say that they sucked. Sounded like shit, felt like shit, and wouldn't stay in tune. I took the set off after 2 days, and just threw the other sets in the trash... I didn't even go through the hassle of returning them...

That was the last time I tried to save a few bucks on guitar strings...

Maybe I just got a bad set, but that was one bad set too many for me... I never had that problem with GHS strings...

Thanks for the warning. They're already on order, so I'll give them a shot for the hell of it. I usually use DRs and love them, but they're so damn expensive. Maybe you get what you pay for...

I only pay 3.50 for a pack of strings anyway. buy 10 sets at a time and most any misuc store will honar that price.

Super Bullets baby! Ive tried D'Adarios, Slinkys, GHS and I found that Super Bullets sound and feel better for me. Slinkys are too bright. D'Adarios are too thick. GHS I can live with but they arent my first choice.

Just put the first set on my EBMM Petrucci and I have to say they sound great. I got the XL Pluses: basically a set of 9s with heavier bottom strings. They sounds really fat. Trying out the acoustic strings nest. Stay tuned...
