I really needed that!.....broughtback great memories.....I was at one of those shows at the Arena in '81....with all the stuff we discuss here (mostly negative).....all the arguing and name calling....it is something like this to remind me why we are all here.....to celebrate the Greatest American Rock Band of All Time!!!!

I am so glad I saw them on that tour. I just wish I had the money to have seen them multiple times on that tour. They were SO good, and they knew it! Hear About It Later is one of my faves...too bad it was only played on that tour. I love the intro to that song. Now where is that Oakland 1981 DVD????

It kills me a little more inside everytime I see this video, because here you see a very happy Van Halen (at least on stage) jammin' out one of the finest songs of their history, and who knows if we'll ever see a happy VH like this again.
Just an ass-kicking performance from a very young and blood-thirsty Van Halen. One of the few videos that can still crack a smile on my face every time I watch it
