    Thanks for the link, Venom.

The EVH part starts at 39:53

    The highlights:

    - Compared Metallica's St. Anger to VH III, LOL.

    - His opinion, Van Halen is over.

    - He's heard Eddie is in 'very bad shape' due to various issues of dependency.

    - He saw the Meadowlands show on the 2004, remarked about EVH's poor playing, couldn't make out the songs, shocked that EVH thanked his doctors while smoking.

    - EVH has been dormant creatively for a long time, don't expect any new music.

Not from them pics I saw of Edward cause he looked great. I'm not shocked one bit. Nothing surprises me anymore.

From looking at the pics from the "House of Petals" performance...His headstock on his guitar neck summed it all up for me. There's obviously serious issues here. I'm just sad for him.

how would Eddie Trunk know anything? He probably makes his own conclusions just like we do here.
Which Meadowlands show is he talking about? I went to the 1st one, and the band was sounded fine- maybe the sound mix was bad where his seat was, I don't know. I know other people on this site were there and said it was a good show. I have the DVD, and I didn't see nor hear anything that Trunk mentioned.

I was there, and Brett was as well. We both felt it was a good show.

I think people are reading WAY too much into EVH's recent appearances. I think he's doing just fine. I'm gonna at least assume so until I hear some TRULY bad news about him. *knock on wood*
