I m being harassed with text messages throw my cell phone. Does any of u know if there is a way I can find out who the hell this person is or get them in trouble. I v tried different websites to find out but they all want to charge me money.

Call your cell phone company. It'll take ten minutes to start getting control of the problem.

The phone company told me they can’t tell me who it is. And they can’t do anything about it till the police get involved. So basically, when I m dead then they will track this person down.

They won't block the messages for you? If that's the case, I'd start talking to their retentions people, rather than the customer service folks. They should have a solution for you.

Anytime I want something (within reason) from my cell provider and they start giving me static, all I have to do is mention how the end of the contract is coming soon (even if it isn't) and I will likely not be re-signing.

Within 60 seconds a supervisor is on the line solving my issue.

Are these messages that extreme? If they are maybe it is worth your while to get the police involved. And let them know you cell provider wasn't interested in helping you.

HA! Good one dude.

My wife did something to that effect to get us our new cellphones at a very low price.

She threatened to go to another cellphone provider. Once they heard that.

Well.. we got the phones at a very LOW price.
