First off, I never knew he said "Hey Ray".....I thought he said "ain't right."

I'm not one that ever really gives a shit about lyrics but I think this is easily one of Sammy's best songs lyrically. It's eerily appropriate to my relationship with my ex-wife. I remember listening to this just after my divorce and I was like, "what the fuck?..." It was like I had spilled my guts to Sam and he made a song out of it!

Uh, no; it REALLY is Ray Charles. Sammy said it in an interview (maybe Rock Line or the album premiere, not sure).
