OK, so I'm bored at work, again. Stuck here on night shift, I have all of my work done for the night, and I'm bored. So I popped in my Sammy Hagar DVD, and I'm watching it on my workstation. Well, Deeper Kind Of Love came on and got me to thinking, "How cool could this song sound, if Edward were playing it"? So my question to you, and I think I've probably asked this before, but if the boys got back together, what Sammy Hagar solo songs would you like to hear VH play? And same goes for Dave, if that reunion were to occur.

One more thought: We've heard Van Halen do some kick ass renditions of great classics such as Rock n' Roll and Won't Get Fooled Again. What other classics would you like to hear them cover, with either Sam or Dave, in concert?

It may sound strange, but if any of you have a copy of the song, listen to it, especially the rhythm guitar part and tell me you can't hear Ed throwing his own signature riffs in there. I dreamt years ago, right before "F.U.C.K." came out, that Van Halen had done this song and it was on the radio and in my dream, of course, it was very cool.

You're forgetting he covered "Living In America" (during the Vegas shows), which was in the sequel to "Rocky III", the imaginatively titled "Rocky IV". It's not that much of a stretch.

It was actually quite cool.
