Can't compare 2006 to 1986. Mikey did the same thing with the pick on his forehead in Darien Lake on 7/7. Awesome to finally hear Summer Nights live 18 years after I was born.

Ed's solo on LWAN on SN is really incredible isn't it...

Trans Trem or Capo....that was complete garbage. Ed has some off nights in '04....alcohol, divorce, etc,etc....what's Vic's excuse? I mean, he really is way sub-par. Ed at his worst is light years beyond this.

Trying to judge sound over the internet, you will not pick up the quality of how Vic is playing.
The fact they are playing it is CooL.
Vic can play it and hopefully someday Eddie will get out there and play it!

Yes, the fact that they're playing it is cool. I'm sayin' that Vic ain't gonna win no matter how good or how bad we think it is. I actually admire the guy for even attempting to play Ed's licks - he could just throw his hands up in the air and tell Sammy "Get the fuck outta here. YOU play the damn thing." He's in a no-win situation.
