My friend's mom went out with DAVID LEE ROTH!!

It was so damn weird! I was sitting in my Honors Theology and the Arts class (yes I go to a Jesuit High School) and she mentioned her Dad works for Warner Bros. The subject came up because another friend of mine has a band and he wanted to give her Dad a tape of their stuff. When I heard the words Warner Bros., I blurted out, "Does your Dad know anything about what's going on w. Van Halen?" She said she would ask her Dad and that her Mom slept w. DLR. (Something about when Dave was on tour w. VH in the late 70s. Once again, more details on this story and Van Halen on Monday. Pretty crazy shit eh? I wouldn't believe it if I saw it but it's 100% true.

Just turned 17 in July. And yeah, I am suprised more kids aren't claiming to be Dave's kids. I had a post about that a few months back (under my previous name...guess what it was) She didn't really specify when her Mom slept w. DLR. She said somewhere between the late 70s and early 80s. Hannah is a really crazy chick and it wouldn't suprise me in the least if she has some Roth blood in her veins. By the way, she forgot to ask her Dad but hopefully she'll be able to fill us in tomorrow.

I may be mistaken about this, but I am pretty sure that Dave tried to get paternity insurance when he used to be in the band. He asked WB to take a policy out on him, but I'm pretty sure they declined or refused. Either way, I had to laugh when I read that. I can't seem to remember where I read that, but it was recently.
