Any word on what they are actually up to right now? I think its strange that despite all that's gone on Sammy and Mike are still on the webpage and Sammy and Mike have VH links on theirs. Could it be they're staying linked a little?

Probably nothing, but your guess is as good as anyone's. It's encouraging that they showed up to jam at the Kenny Chesney show, but that was probably a one-off, spur of the moment type thing.
With all the more updates/activity that there is on the official web site, it's probably just that no one has taken the time to change any of the band information since the '04 tour. It is interesting, though, that Sam and Mike's sites still link to the VH page.DEAD OR ALIVE!!!
