Cleveland show: What is the start time???

Can someone please clear up the start time for me? The ticketmaster website still has 1:00PM listed, but my tickets say 4:00PM?
Is it 1:00 or 4:00? Or maybe the doors to the "village" open at 1:00 and the show starts at 4:00?

Depends on the set up, but previous show have had the "village" open up around 3 or 4pm....Sam and the boys usually go on about 8pm. Not sure what the 1pm deal is but, The Tower City venue is where they have other large festivals, so maybe they'll be opening the village earlier with extra "stuff" for the holiday crowd. Im sure the city just wants people to spend more money on food/drinks!
I would double check though...it is a holiday and its downtown...not sure if different rules may apply...but I doubt it!

Maybe it's earlier so people can still see fireworks??? I am there either way.
