Wolfie on Bass???
Someone in the Guitar Room Forum mentioned Wolfie being good on guitar and someone else mentioned he's good on drums. If he's such a great musician with amazing versatility, why doesn't he play bass??? Everyone knows a bass player is a failed guitar player. He hasn't failed yet on guitar so he'd already be ahead of the game. Just think, there would be three Van Halens on stage, between the three of them, they could keep any frontman in check!!! Eddie and Wolfie, jamming side by side... I can see it now, the lights get low for the bass solo and here come Wolfie out with a Smoking Loon Bass with a bottle in hand chugging it down... How could daddy Ed get upset over this display over public drunkeness and excess??? Eddie said himself he was drinking at ages in the single digits and we know that he has been known to be in the public eye sorta buzzed once or twice. *cough* Dimebag funeral *cough* Wolfie would be the ultimate bass player "Yes Man" that Mikey couldn't completely fulfill... If Wolfie bitches, either Dad sends him to his room or Uncle Al slaps him in the back of the head with a drumstick... Now that we're talking more about family, is there any other Van Halens out there??? I believe the boys need a singer too. They could really be Van Halen in the fullest sense of the word with a relative who is singing. If shit goes south, what's gonna happen? No invitation to the family reunion? They're Van Halens, no need for them to wear a cup... I hope you guys like my ideas and I believe us at this forum have the power of prayer and the dedication to get a grassroots effort going to see that Van Halen is all family and has no outsiders.

Actually-
Wolfie DOES play bass. Remember, the 2 dorks interview where Eddie says that Wolfie can play bass better than some guy (assuming that he meant Michael Anthony)? -Red43jEddie must think I'm a BOZO to want to drop THAT much on one of his new Charvel Guitars!

This idea would certainly make Van Halen all Van Halen. The problem that some people don't see is who is going to sing background vocals??? We know Eddie's voice has been awful in concert the last time out. Alex? Please. Unless, they get someone to sit behind a curtain and sing.

Wolfie's balls haven't dropped yet, so I'm sure he could pull off the high harmonies just fine....
Maybe Al and Wolfie can team up to kick Eddie out of the band ! LOL
