Season 3 starts on Sunday. I hope they have dumped Mandy Moore from this season, she was Yoko to the guys. WTF are they going to do with Ari? IMHO Ari makes the show.

I'll be there on Sunday! Love this show. 2nd season was so much better than the first one, but I still liked the first one.
A couple of my friends and I like this show, but there's one thing we can't figure out--why isn't there more sex going on? You got 4 guys in LA with a disposable income, beautiful house, the world by the balls, there should be naked chicks just hanging off the chandeliers.
But other than that, awesome show. Jeremy Piven (Ari) should have won some awards last season!
And Johnny Drama cracks me up. He's the best, bro.

No, HBO is cancelling it. The creator of the show might be finishing it, but that is not why it is getting cancelled, it is because period pieces are too expensive for the ratings they are receiving. That is according to HBO themselves. That is why they cancelled Carnivale, and why they will eventually cancel Rome.

Yeah, Rome draws good numbers too. I don't understand how a period piece could be that expensive, that even good ratings can't keep production alive...maybe because there is no way to have product placement to any real degree.

Check out some articles online--Season 1 of Rome cost a reported 100 million dollars to produce. There is no way it can recoup at that cost.

I never got into a lot of these shows, though Six Feet Under is probably my favorite show of all time, and it is also what got me into Entourage. I watched and bought both seasons, and can't wait for Sunday.
