Well they did take him back once before. And looking back at the 04 tour with Sammy it seemed to be about the money and with the prospect of the amount of money they could make touring with Roth I could see it happening. I'll tell you what though, whoever is handeling the publicity for the Dixie Chicks needs to do the same for VH.

Good question. I think the problem isn't Dave's voice, that's easily fixed with studio magic.

There's gotta be more goin on behind closed doors that we aren't privy to that's preventing a full blown reunion.

There ya go. That's what I say. How 'bout after the '96 debacle when Ed and Al talked about how they'd never work with anyone again after Gary? They not only worked with someone again, they worked with Dave again and again.....and again according to Mike.

Dave's voice in the studio isn't an issue now and it wasn't an issue all those years. He never had a "one or two take" vocal ability from day one.
