Anyway, here are the Top 10 Ways that Alex injured his neck.

10. He hurt it trying to lift Dave's ego.

9. He hurt it throwing Sammy out the window.

8. He re-hurt it throwing Gary out the window.

7. He re-re-hurt it throwing Ray Daniells out the window

6. He hurt it fixing the window afterwards.

5. He strained it carrying his under talented younger brother all these years.

4. Dave told him "the next time I see you, you better be wearing a fuckin' neckbrace", and Alex took it literally.

3. Wearing those heavy sunglasses all those years. That's the price of an image.

2. His neck isn't really hurt, Alex just has a very unusual fashion sense.

And the number one way Alex hurt his neck...
