Pleasure Dome

I feel bad that I've been so out of the loop, but what with moving and getting settled down here in Florida, I only get a chance to lurk once in awhile.

I checked out the Pleasure Dome and being the good little VH fan that I am, I have registered, but this has been and always will be home.

There just hasn't been anything going on in the VH camp. Even the rumors have pretty much died and the only ones still surfacing don't seem to say anything new...except for this Dave at the Viper room thing. Maybe he needs to stay out there and keep his chops in shape while waiting? The only thing Van Halen we've gotten has been Valerie's movie last week. Did anyone see it? Kind of cute - a Parent Trap meets You've Got Mail. Hey, someone in the family has got to get to work!

I hear lots of good old VH on the radio down here, stuff I never heard in Connecticut. I think someone said earlier in the year that eventually everyone would lose interest and from the looks of both VHLinks and the Pleasure Dome, it appears to have been an accurate statement. Don't get me wrong! I still listen to VH every day, but the anxious Christmas Eve feeling I used to have over everything is long gone. A part of me thinks that maybe Ed is doing a John Lennon thing and just raising Wolfgang. That's cool, but I miss the mighty and the anticipation of concert dates.

At least we have the VH Store or else we'd all be naked!!!!
