I hope that the wait will be worth it. If no VH or tour by next summer, then they are all done. They can't allow too much more time to pass.

If its legal reasons, why can't they just say something that they are in litigation right now and after it is settled, you will hear from us immediately.
Or if there is another hold-up then just say something like it.
I don't hear of any auditions being conducted by them. Seems like its either gonna be Sammy, Dave or the grave as far as Van Halen the band is concerned.
