I think I saw a couple mentions that Al is really into lifting right now. Is that some recent news, sarcasm, or just what am I missing here?

I mean it's really cool of everyone to share their Edward Namm experiences, some cool, some as another linker said "Brutal", which is the only word I think that needs to be said.

But just what the fuck is going on with Big Al? And more importantly, is he still drinking that carrot juice stuff?

We had a picture of him a month or two back, but nothing really on big Al. No real sightings since the end of the Cherone tour.

I would have to say that we havn't heard much about him because he's just taking it easy,being a devoted husband and father.I my self wouldn't
mind hearing how he is doing and I think I might
know the reason as to why he is called BIG AL,but
I'm going to keep it to my self..Lol.

Al is basically chilling, doing a lot of dad stuff and a TON of reading.

He'S "Big Al" because in his late teens and early twenties he was kinda big. Not nearly as trim as he is now.

Could be that he's called Big Al because the words "Big" and "Al" sound good together ==> "Big Al".

That plus he is bigger than the rest of the guys in the band.

Ed has talked about how Al used to beat the crap out of him when they were growing up.
