A Terrible Van Halen Nightmare I Had Last Night

I had a dream last night there was a new Van Halen CD coming out and then I heard a snippet on a radio station and was all excited because finally something was breaking.

Then I got to the record store and picked up the new record. It was titled, "The Van Halen Bros. Band" and had guest singers all over it. Micheal Anthony being absent from the release. There was a sticker affixed to the shrinkwrap that said, "featuring vocals by Tina Turner and Edward Van Halen". I was floored and there was a bunch of other VH fans at the store bitching and complaining also (probably some of you, the faceless mob!). Other fans were also standing in a line demanding a refund because they had taken it home and listened to it and it was awful, that there were horns and Vegas-type songs. I walked out of the store pissed off. Then I woke up this morning.

After waiting as long as we all have, what a frickin' nightmare that truly would be, huh??

I guess this whole new lead singer stuff is getiing to everyone. From reading the thread the other day about Europe I had a nightmare that night about the new lead singer being David Haselhoff. Yes David Haselhoff.
