Eddie is trademarking the letters V & H now

In an attempt to corner the children's television industry, Eddie Van Halen is now trademarking the letters V & H and they can no longer be used together without expressed written permission.

When reached, a Sesame Street icon, Big Bird had this to say:

" We here at Sesame Street are deeply saddened by the greed that some people have but will fully cooperate with Mr. Van Halen."

As of right now a complete makeover of Sesame Street is underway and is being done soley by Mr. Van Halen & his brother Alex.


This is what Eddie had to say: " My brother & I have nothing else to do right now so we thought we'd save a few bucks and do the painting ourselves. We were both street curb painters when we were young, so we do have experience working on the street. Which by the way is probably where we will be performing next if we don't get our asses in the studio and release new material soon."
