Achievements:
The new songs on 40 Licks sucked. In no way do they come close to rivaling anything off Tattoo You. Just my opinion, of course.
But kudos to you for starting a well-placed and long overdue thread to one of the greatest rock and roll bands in history.

I haven't heard the new 40 Licks songs, but about the only post Tattoo You songs I like are Undercover of the Night, One Hit to the Body, Love is Strong and it's B-side Jump on Top of Me and maybe Mixed Emotions. Other than those, I'm out. I have all the studio albums from Beggar's thru Tattoo You plus a few Best of's - that's good enough for me.

I wasn't a big fan of the new song off of 40. I did like "Don't Stop". I was a real big fan of Voodoo Lounge though. I have seen the Stones twice and I have to say they put on a hell of a show. I saw them in N.O. from the 20th row-awesome!! They played for 3 hours non-stop.
