Who is along my line of thinking that this reunion is NOT gonna happen? Putting the rumours aside, what have we to go on? JACK!!
There is no way that Dave could have rejoined, cut an album and are planning a tour without it being leaked. Impossible.
Legalities? That kind of crap could have easily been taken care of in a matter of a few weeks if it was necessary.
I'm getting real sick of waiting and I guess if I talk myself int this, it will be sweet as hell if it happens. But I sure wouldn't bet any$$ on it.

A couple of weeks to straighten out the legalities?? Uh.....no. I have no reason to believe Dave is not back in the band, but I don't think there's any question an album hasn't been made because of the legal entanglements.

There's millions of potential dollars at stake and when there's that kind of money at stake, legal negotiations are not going to be quick.

I believe that the reunion is going to happen, BUT, if the rumors which have been around for awhile that the new album won't come out until spring of 2001 are true, that's alot of time in which something can go wrong between the parties.

I do agree that legal ends could be mended in at least a month, there is no reason for that.

Not hearing a word fro DLR can only mean they are back together. Can't see him keeping his mouth shut for a year for any other reason. If he was gone, I'm sure he would have spouted off by now.
