With the release of the Ozzy Cd...a few weeks ago several places were offering listening parties here in the Philly area to "hear it first". What if we could book out the First Union Center and just crank out the first 6 Roth Years cds in their entirety...would anyone go?? I think it would be awesome to just be around 20000 other VH fans and hear the classics belted out in ear splitting decibels. If thats what we gotta do to hear VH with Roth...then...LETS DO IT

It'd be cool to have a party like that but it must be a "party" with a bartender and maybe some women there. Also, only the first 6 albums - leave the Hagar-era at home for the wife and kids.

I think that a listening party made available just to the loyal fans with a cover charge to benefit the 9.11.2001 Fund would be great. Get band members to attend and autograph a couple of items for attendees and I'll pay $100 for a ticket.

Of course, there has to be something more than just the first 6 albums -- I can sit in my living room to hear those.

I wouldn't pay a lot of money to hear the current albums in that manner. What's the point, I can listen to them anytime I want to at home.

As for a new album; I'd pay to hear that in advance. Though again, I wouldn't pay a lot. I personally prefer to listen to music by myself.
