Metallica and the Scorps on the Monsters of Rock was pretty good.

I'd have to go with Alice In Chains with Brother Cane a close second. Any thoughts?

Alice in Chains rocked on the F.U.C.K. tour.
The band was pretty raw, and you could tell they had already left an impression on the fans I was around- @Riverport in STL.
I had just bought their release on cassette tape (if you can beleive that) and was pretty familiar with what songs they were playing. Had a great time that night.
I still enjoyed BTO on the 5150 tour more !! He He

Let's get them on tour first in support of a new album (with Dave of course), then worry about an opening band

The only band I've ever seen open for Van Halen was the Fools and I thought they did decent job.

I don’t know. None of us do. A lot of information missing that few are privy to. I gave my hypothesis earlier. We were going to let it go. We do that a lot. All the time really. We even had a...
