I found it ridiculous that Darth Maul and The Emperor came back.

I find it possible that Boba Fett came back. He wasn't shown dead, and he had a huge arsenal of weapons in his armour, including a jet pack to fly out of the pit!

The least believable is Darth Maul.

He was cut in fucking half.

It was way cooler when Boba Fett was mysterious. But since Disney's business model is to whore out every single thing and make it not interesting, of course Boba Fett now has to have an origin.

Oh, and Boba Fett died in Return of the Jedi. Sarlacc even burps after it eats him.

If Jonah can make it, and he was nothing but a whiner, I think Boba Fett can.

I don't like Disney either. But.....George Lucas was the one that gave Boba Fett his origin. In Attack Of The Clones.

Boba Fett is an unaltered clone of Jango Fett. The same actor that played Jango is now playing Boba in his new T.V. show, which I think is cool.

Jango Fett was also cloned, and used as the soldiers in the Clone Army. So obviously he was a great warrior, if he was picked for an entire army!

The Miliennium Falcon was also swallowed by a giant monster and it escaped. So I don't see why Boba Fett couldn't escape the Sarlacc Pit.

You are absolutely correct. Lucas ruined the character long before Disney did. The prequels suck. But so has everything Disney has touched in my opinion. And No, I haven't watched all the new stuff.

The asteroid monster was quite a bit more cavernous than the Sarlacc Pit. And they way they shot him falling in the pit and the burp afterwards, its quite clear that they were giving you all the storytelling clues you needed to make the assumption that Boba Fett died in there. Then Lucas did the Special Edition showing Fett slide right into his mouth. To me, its quite definitive in both cuts. Lol. But whatever.

My feeling on Star Wars is that there were 3 great movies made in the late 70's and early 80s. They should've stopped there.

Agreed. At this point I define the ST by its missed opportunities. They rushed the ST at the opportunity cost of a more satisfied fan base and greater returns.

Episode IX, marketed as the culmination of the 40+ year saga, should've grossed at least $1.5bn. Instead it merely limped over $1bn while being scathed in reviews.

    What an idea.

When your final chapter in a 40 year saga makes less than the two movies that preceded it, thatís probably not a good thing.
