Absolutely it is agood idea! Shower him with gifts, do whatever it takes to get some information out of the dude. If he won't answer specific questions, try to get a feel for what his opinion of DLR is these days.

I'm sure he won't talk "business" but see if you can get ANYTHING out of him about Eddie's health. I'm sure he'll say Ed's fine, but you will be able to look in his eyes and judge his reactions to see if he's telling the truth.
