No Time to Die just got pushed back again. Moving from April to October. That'll be a year and a half from its original release date.
At this point they should just put it on one of the streaming services.

I'm sure they've looked into it, getting a price that would equal a theatre release though won't be easy though.

They think it's a great movie and don't want to just lose money on it.

Netflix isn't buying it for $600M.
If I don't respond to you it means I have you on ignore, which means you are a douchenozzle.

David Lee Roth did the impossible. He made Van Halen better. Deal with it!

I understand. Bond movies are HUGE moneymakers and have worldwide appeal. I just really want to see it.

I think they were shopping it around back in the fall, but certainly that pricetag is really high. I believe Netflix went as high as $400M.

I believe with the final budget, it’s one of the most expensive movies ever made.

From a financial point of view the movie’s in the can, so they can and almost have to wait until shit’s back to normal so they can at least try to cover their nut.

Yeah, I heard it's around $300M now in budget. With interest and further marketing it'll balloon some more. But, it could be a $1billion-grossing film...if theaters open up again.

I imagine many more big movies will follow suit.

Hollyweird may have to change their game plan for the future. Will things go back to normal with enough people going to movie theaters, or will we be happy with streaming new movies? Personally I like the movie theater for most movies, but I'm old school and don't do everything online.

How much are they willing to change? Unlimited spending and paying actors as they have been doing will take a major pay cut.

Well that's the easy part. Actors will take major haircuts. You don't spend what u can't bring in. The harder part is making up the revenue. Sure you can throw movies on your streaming network but you won't sell enough new Disney + subs to make up for Toy Story 5 not being in theaters.
