Just for clarification, when they say 'suitcase nuke', these are actually more like steamship trunks. (from what I've heard) So, it's not exactly like they just literally drop a suitcase in town and the whole place goes up; they're a LITTLE too big to be that inconspicuous.

With that said, it still sucks that they may have them. I wonder if the US would have the balls to use our own if someone used one of those here.

actually Abe, they showed one in a russian court that was putting the mafia on trial for illegal sales. It was a fucking suitcase. More like a briefcase actually with a little detonator and a cylinder type of structure incased in lead.

We have nukes that'll fit in an 8-inch artillery tube. Not too surprising that they can fit one in a suitcase.

If the guy had one, he'd have used it. Much, much more reliable than using planes of people. Not only that, but it'd be dangerous to keep one around. That's too much power to trust to a subordinate.

Great. The info I had was that there was nothing that small available to them. I figure if they have 'em, they'll use 'em, if they can get them where they want them. But the question remains...would we use ours if they open that can of worms?

I dont think he necessarily would have used it. It wouldnt be the kind of thing to START a war with wouldnt you think? Think like him for a minute. You have plans for both, which do you do first? WTC would be kind of anti-climatic after that wouldnt it? Also strange that the intensity of the warnings from the CIA have stepped up as of today.

Trying not to get too far ahead of myself, but I cant help but to speculate.

I don't think he thinks of this as a war, not in the sense that we do. He's uses whatever he can get his hands on when he can. Went after WTC the first time and fizzled. Then he succeeded. It's a long-term thing for him, and not something that is won in the conventional sense.

It'd really be too dangerous for him to sit on it if he had it.
