Talking About Smoking...

[DLR + EVH = VH]

I smoke, and I gotta quit.

I wanted to know what to expect, and how long the whole thing lasts.

My biggest concern are withdrawal symptoms, and how they will affect me when i'm on the job.

I know that this question may not be appropriate for the forum, but since everyone's discussing Ed and his smoking...:;!

Forget about how bad it will be when you quit, think about how bad it will be if you don't!

It will be the best investment you could ever make... in yourself.

As tough as it may get, there is help out there for you during your time of need. Reach out to friends and family.
