Okay, here it is:
After putting together all of what has happened, I beleive that Sammy will return to VH to record a new album after he and Mikey are done with the Planet Us project. I smell a double CD on the horizon just in time for their induction into the R&R Hall of Fame, to be followed with a tour with Sammy.
I have a nose for VH happenings. I sensed something wrong in the summer of '96, and Sammy left. I sensed something wrong in the fall of '99 (which wasn't too hard), and Gary left. I sense something now with Sammy coming back.
So it only took 500 million predictions to strike it right, but determination pays off...
