.....you know it's funny.....driving down the road...your usual 5 piece baggy jeans band , that's torn between rap & black sabbath chords is blairing on tha radio....everybody's depressed , the guitar players are as sloppy as it gets....and big company's are actually signing them....then all of a sudden " hot for teacher " comes on.....vh worked there ass's off , every performance , dave , sam , & gary....i get goose bumps the size of dimes when i here any vh song...rock n roll is about raw -un cut energy..these guys are the only ones that can do right...

there is a radio sation in s.cal that will not play or never did play vh3 but the play roths 1996 songs from the bovh. and say the here the songs yhat should have brung the original back togather. and then play me wise magic it gives me goose bumps.

Hell Yeah, specially here in Mexico were they don't play VH anymore, but when they do man do I get excited, today I went to the Bank and they were listenig to Panama, did I get the goose bumps or what!!!
When they bring new music out (which I hope they do and soon) will be listening their music all over the place even at SHITTV, sorry MTV.

This reminds me of something Ed said during a special dealing with the history of Van Halen. It was hosted by Tommy Nass and it came out around the release of the BEST OF cd. He said he still got the same buzz today when he hears VH on the radio just like he did in the day. He said something along the lines of staying up once till 3 am just to hear something from VH1 debut on the radio and then waking up his brother Al and saying that they were on the radio. He seemed very genuine about those comments.

It's always great to hear a Van Halen tune on the radio! I'll blast it and roll the windows down (even when it's cold) and sometimes the people nest to me at a stop light will start doing an air guitar gesture!!!!!
