I'm sure this has been discussed before, but if I knew the answer then I wouldn't be asking now would I?!
Why does "Runnin' with the Devil" have that strange remix on Best Of Vol. 1?
And why was the Fair Warning tour dubbed the "WDFA" tour?

It was done that way by mistake. Someone chose the wrong mix I believe.

WDFA stands for We Don't Fuck Around, and it was a saying that Dave started I think. I wasn't aware that the Fair Warning tour was ever referred to as the WDFA tour, but the saying dates to the WACF timeframe.
