    I'm sure most of you have heard by now that this is confirmed! They have even recorded a couple of songs together. Slash isn't involved yet, but has an open invitation. If he chooses not to join, they will not find a replacement, instead they will continue as a 4 piece band.
    Eddie Van Halen has given his blessing to Michael Anthony to work on this project. Journey and Sammy have contractual agreements to meet. But, they will do a full fledged album later in the year with a strong possibility of a tour to follow. Also, one of the songs recorded, Vertigo, is being considered for the Spiderman movie.
