It'll be interesting to hear the clip to give it some context, but the simple use of the word "inevitable" isn't enough to get too excited about yet.

'Inevitable' and 'imminent' are two different words. If we are to assume that they will make it into the HOF, then of course it is inevitable.

It seems a strange word choice, though. Hopeful at the least, hintful at best.

Man, it's amazing how vague these guys have all learned to be lately. They're approaching 'lawyer-speak' or 'Conditery' in their usage. EVERYTHING they say is akin to 'fine print'.

I don't think Dave is calling the shots here. Just because he says it's inevitable doesn't mean it is. I'd love to see him back, but I don't think a radio interview with him saying he'll be back means much other than what we already know. That Dave is ready to rejoin VH. Now what about the other parties involved?
