I have no idea...but...the 2 I have up there are active. Check out the dates/and the name is the same....hmmmm....esquiretoo might know.

alot depends upon which state they are incorporated in, however, corporations aren't generally dissolved and then reactivated. sometimes corporate entities are changed, altered, reconfigured and the like, generally to take advantage of the ever changing irs regs and liability law concerning corporations, partnerships, llcs, etc. i wouldn't read a whole lot into looking at the corporations' status regarding the reunion, etc, because new partnerships, llcs, etc can be formed from old corporations or shareholders, etc.

in short, don't worry about all of that with regard to trying to determine whether or not there is a reunion.
