On behalf of hitchWORLD©, the DLR Army, and all the other Van Halen related websites out there, I would like to hold out a hand to the VH Links.

If Sam and Dave can take the High Road©, than SO CAN WE!!

We all need to unite. We need to show the world that we, as Van Halen fans, can put aside the immature fodder that dominates our lives and reach out toward a common goal.

We need to prove that even though our favorite band is in shambles, we have the fortitude to stand up and say "Hey! We ARE important, and we CAN make a difference!"

I would like to start a new club called "The Swiss Connection™". This club would be the common link that would bond all the different VH sites together. Imagine the possibilities! A club in which DLR, Sammy, and Gary fans could walk freely amongst themselves without fear of ridicule or Instant Message posting. A club in which members of ALL the major VH message boards could participate, and feel loved and accepted! A club in which lively banter would not be interuppted by withering sarcastic quips or "roll-eyes" smilies!

I have a dream.
I want the VH equilivant of Utopia©.......and I think it's not only possible, but INEVITABLE!!!!

I'm all for a bit of peace and quiet between the boards, but I'm not sure how you'd pull off such a grand plan!

It's going to be a group, sort of in the spirit of the Diamond Mafia, EEAS, etc....... except we are going to spread tolerance and acceptance of EVERY era of Van Halen.

No more lines.....
No more boundries......

We are going to free our minds and let our asses follow. We are going to let the world know that we have risen above our differences, and are ready to set out with a new dedication and direction as of yet unseen in this particular community. The VH community. OUR community.

No more labels.......
No more fences.......

We will roam the boards knowing that we can listen to Running With The Devil, When It's Love, and Without You consecutively without so much of a quiver in our cochleas.

We want to set the example.
We want to be leaders.
We want to rise above the "norm" and aspire to reach a higher level on the ladder of Van Halen message board cliques.

It's time to step up and say: "I am a fan of ALL ERAS of Van Halen. HEAR ME ROAR!"
