Got a question that I hope someone here can answer. I was looking for tickets for the tour stop in Nashville on August 3rd at Ticketmaster's site and came across something strange. When I clicked on the ticket link, the next page said "THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET". It's some kind of parking pass or something that only guarantees me a place in line for tickets, at least that's what it looks like. Anybody ever seen anything like this before? How much is the actual ticket to the show?

It sounds similar to what they have here in Raleigh called a Premier Parking Pass. This basically gives you parking closer to the venue. My actual concert tix were $50/ea for the best seating available.

BTW, for the first time ever, TicketBastard did me right -- 7th row center for Sam & Dave at Alltel Pavilion and I didn't have to buy from a scalper. And Mikey should play at that show too!

Finally figured this out. Of course it was my dumbass mistake! I just wasn't clicking on the right link. I just bought my tix and can't wait for the show. I went over to Mad Anthony Cafe and saw that Mike will be at the Nashville show! I'm completely psyched, I've already started listening to nothing but Van Halen! In my opinion, it looks like things are looking up for us. Mike's all over the radio today. In Tampa, the dj said something about this show being the closest thing to a VH reunion we'll probably ever see. Mike replies "oh no; don't say that, we got something were working on!" Let's hope this means our long wait will be over soon.
