i have a client that i'm representing who is a dj for a major rock station in the midwest. she just told me (about 5 min ago on the phone) that she heard from a friend that vh and roth are gonna do a reunion tour in late fall or early winter.......she thought the group putting it together was PPL Entertainment Group out of LA - at least she thought that was the name...

wow, that's pretty interesting. she said she'd let me know the minute she heard anything else.

maybe choosing a smaller company to do the tour would give them more control over reunion issues? after all, a few people here speculate that the plit from wb was due to control issues regarding a reunion

Ive been feeling the same thing, for some reason as well. But I think that we will hear something in late September or October. Dont ask me why, thats just the feelin I get.

Out of all the artist that PPL Entertainment, only one artist could be found at CDNOW.......but none of the track names met up.

BTW, that's gotta be the weakest website I've ever seen.........it's almost like someone just did it as fast as they could.

No offense to the originator of this thread, but I just don't buy it. There's too much against this ever happening, at least by this Fall. I'm sticking to my original theory that the only way we'll ever see a VanHalen reunion with either or both singers is at the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame ceremony, which is in a year or three.

Long time lurker, first time poster. This morning on WLUP (Chicago) They played "Bueatiful Girls" the DJ said the Loop is the official station of Van Halen, and then they went into "Panama". You'd maybe expect that on "Two for Tuesday", but not Friday.
