It seems TK is trying to recoup some cash somehow by selling Slawterhouse brand merchandise.

No connection to Dave seen yet, but the pop-up ad of Slawterhouse Enquirer seems interesting...

Something about letting a drug dealer manage...

Maybe....but the only people who are aware of slawterhouse are DLR/VH fans, they're sending email to old dlrml members as far as I can make out. Who exactly is going to buy DLR 'related" merchandise which doesn't mention DLR ?

Their thinking is probably that they've got this mailing list, so why not use it? If they make a few sales it's great, as their overhead is low on this. It's not just DLRML members, but anyone who'd submitted an address for one of their contests, I think. I wasn't on the DLRML, but I did register at their MB.

True, they are an Pr/ad agency I guess, but wouldn't thet need to put some money up front to be able to offer that stuff. That site and its webmasters, before it was Dave's offical page and even when it was, have a record of antagonism and confrontation. I can believe they want to give Dave a hard time, but they probably have to be careful if they are in the middle of a lawsuit.

I'm not sure it would take too much money. More of a time issue in making the page, designing the shirts other shit, and then sending out some spam. They can always order the merchandise after the customer orders come in, so their up front-costs are probably low. If they haven't been paid for $100,000 worth of work, than it's reasonable to assume they would trade time for money. They seem to have plenty of it. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I think that it's simple TK's advertisement to get another owner. Because, obviously, it doesn't have DLR mentioned there. So, Slawterhouse is no longer related with davidleeroth.com. That's just my observation though.
