King David chose the National Broadcasting Company as the platform from which to herald His second coming: His hunt and capture of the planetary Zeitgeist.
Friends, observers, and militants...watch closely and with fascination at the phenomenom unfolding before your eyes. This is a triumphant and holy career resuscitation. In days ahead, when theologians look back they will speak in awe of the rebirth of Elvis, Sinatra...and Diamond David Lee Roth.
Whoever would have thought that the strains of Mean Street would eminate so wonderously from your TV set on a Friday night in 2002 on NBC?
All Hail The King!...what do you do when the bureaucracy that's supposed to help you...WANTS YOU DEAD? www.callumhouston.com

I agree with the "Rothtards" on this one. I saw the Sam and Dave show here in Kansas City and didn't think Dave put on that great of a show and thought Sammy's show was better. I am also primarily a Dave fan, so it was disappointing. Last night I came to 2 realizations. Firstly, the people in the audience needed a good fucking rocking last night and they got it (Who saw the 18 - 22 year old Hotties in the front row singing the songs and swaying their sexy little hips?). Secondly, EVH has been lying his fucking a$$ off about just wanting to concentrate on the music. He wants part of the spotlight that Dave controls and it just doesn't work. Back in the day, Dave was their spokesperson and now Eddie wants in on that action. That's not Dave's style and never will be. Forget about DLR fronting VH ever again. They just don't work together anymore. They are like oil and water.
For the record, I liked all three degrees of Van Halen (DLR era being the best, of course). Bring back Sammy and let them make some decent music again. We haven't heard the last of DLR. After last night, I believe he will rock our asses off for some time to come.

WOW!!! HOLYFUCKINGFUCK!!! What kind of Twilight Zone am I living in? What kind of Viagra-Testosterone mix are these 50 year old + guys on? I never thought I'd hear another Dave and Eddie album again. If I did, I thought it would be a mid-paced affair like the Rolling Stones or later day AC/DC. After the TATTOO single I was ready for a poppy album from old guys, with a few nods to harder rock (She's A Woman and Bullethead) and I would have been happy with that.
I NEVER THOUGHT I'D BE GETTING A FULL-THROTTLE HARD ROCK, HEAVY METAL, BALLS TO THE WALL, FUCKING VAN HALEN THRASH METAL ALBUM!!!
