Van Halen is everywhere!!!!!

I took my son to see "Little Nicky" at the cinema on Sat. night (he's eleven and The Grinch was sold out). They showed a preview of a Dana Carvey movie that's coming out called "The Adventures of Joe Dirt". One of the clips they showed was him playing a DJ talking on the air saying, "I like AC/DC and Van Halen, not Van Hagar, Van Halen!" If that wasn't enough, five minutes into the movie, they zero in on Adam Sandler in his room in hell and he's air guitaring with a broom while blasting Running With The Devil!! My son looked at me and said "Hey dad, isn't that Van Halen?" I laughed and said "You bet your ass it is!!"

Right on Darkstar!! I love it when I see stuff like that. Makes me proud to be a fan of the almighty VH! But your right, They are showing up everywhere. I think VH fever has increased since Gary left. I'd like to say that the mentions of VH in the preview was all part of the master plan of VH to get their name heard more but I'd say its just coincidence. THey sure are popping up in plenty of places!

Right on, things seem kinda eerie.
There is this new commercial out for I think Discover. They talk about how this band is on top, but in 1984 they break up....the lead singer resembles Roth. Then they say, the band is trying to revive their career and the year is 1996 Has anyone else seen this commercial yet, or am I hallucinating?????

I JUST saw that discover commercial (during lethal weapon 4 I might add). The bands name was "Danger Kitty" (lmao again). I didnt see reference to '96 though.

Even AM Talk Radio guys are playing Van Halen when they comeback from commerical breaks. There is a guy named Mike Gallagher, he plays "Panama" when he gets back from a break. Another guy plays "Running with the Devil"!

AM radio guys are playing them.
