I know I've said this before, but let's face it. Sam and Mike are doing there own thing with PLANET US. Dave is smoking a BONG somewhere thinking about his "amazing" tour!

Come on Folks, let's stop coming here. Let's shut down all the forums. It's a waste of time. There are a lot of new bands that are coming out with some good music and obviously respect the industry and their fans a whole lot more then VH does.

I don't mean to sound like a rotten apple, but haven't you all had enough of coming to this site or any VH website with the slight possibility that you may see a new TOPIC or SUBJECT titled, NEW VAN HALEN ALBUM. And when you do, it's either some diphead who wants to start a rumor....or someone else who "HAS THE ANSWER". Quite frankly, I'm tired of it. And I am sure there are tons of people who feel the same way I do. So let's do it. Let's shut'em all down. Anyone in?

The only thing that's "over", considering today's news, is that a DLR reunion is less and less likely. Pretty much never going to happen, I'd say.
But WTF does that dictate for VH? [img]graemlins/wtf.gif[/img] They've been making music since 1985 without the guy.

The sole point of these forums is not to wait in anticipation for the next Van Halen album. Keep in mind there are classic rock forums all over the internet. Bands like Led Zep, the Beatles, The Who, and Elvis who are long gone have all kind of forums dedicated to them. The POINT of these forums is for Van Halen fans to come together and talk about one of the greatest rock bands to ever exist. Believe it or not, there are new fans of Van Halen born every day. VH became my favorite band half a year ago, and up until I didn't know they existed. Thanks to these boards, I can find out exactly what I want to know about the band, what songs other people like, the latest news about the band, and I can also find stuff about the band that I prolly wouldn't find anywhere else, namely bootlegs, links to picture galleries and unreleased songs, and information about the history of the band. I also enjoy discussing my opinions about the songs and albums. So anyway, I think these forums have a purpose and I'm glad they exist, and I can't agree with you on that one. You're not the only VH fan out there.
